Sarnia-Lambton MPP Bob Bailey is unhappy with the McGuinty Government's Green Energy plan. He addresssed Sarnia Rotarians at noon Monday. Bailey ripped in to the provincial government's 20-year, 7-billion dollar deal with Samsung and questioned the subsidies given to wind and solar projects. Bailey added the province's agreement with Samsung puts smaller Ontario developers at the bottom of the totem pole, fighting for capacity space.
